Just Like The Old Times

We used to be one of a kind
Don't care about the others
Only you and I
Us versus the world
We used to be soldier

Until we broke ourselves from the inside
Consume our thoughts with
The idea of not being good enough

We were lost for a while
And we finally lose
We are not we anymore

I leave you so you could run after me
But you only stand behind the confusion
Me become I
You become him
We are strangers

I found you yesterday
One usual night when the moon seems so bright
You and the idea of who you were
Crawling back in my mind
But there's nothing I feel towards you
No sadness, no longing, nothing, not at all

You and I had dinner
Just like the old times
You throw jokes at the table
And I giggle
Just like the old times

I have to admit that I regretted the way we are right now
Our life could've been different if I didn't leave you
Our life could've been better if you ran after me
I'm not sure if that's what I want, sincerely
Cause as much as wanted it
As hard as I try to figure it out

I don't know who is the man in front of me

I don't know you anymore
Or if I ever knew you entirely

The thing is
That moment when I found myself near you
It didn't feel like the old times anymore
